Allergy testing in northern Alabama and southern Tennessee
Find out what’s really triggering your symptoms
If you're tired of guessing what's behind your constant congestion, sinus infections, or fatigue—it's time to get answers.
Allergy testing is a quick, in-office way to identify exactly what’s causing your symptoms, so you can stop treating the surface and start addressing the root of the problem.
At B&B Sinus and Allergy Relief Centers, we offer advanced allergy testing at all of our locations.
What allergy testing reveals
Everyone’s triggers are different. Allergy testing helps identify what your immune system is reacting to, so you can finally understand what’s behind the inflammation, congestion, and discomfort.
Your results may reveal sensitivities to:
Grass or Weed Pollen
(including ragweed)
Indoor Allergans
like smoke and household chemicals
Once we have your results, we’ll use them to create a treatment plan tailored to your lifestyle and needs.
What to expect during your allergy test
Testing is done right here in the office, and it’s quicker and more comfortable than most people expect. In most cases, we’re able to perform the most common test that includes:

A small panel of common allergens is introduced just beneath the surface of your skin (usually on your arm or back)

After 15–20 minutes, we check for any mild reactions (such as redness or swelling) that show sensitivity

No downtime, no sedation, no surprises
However, if you suffer from severe reactions or have other medical issues that prevent this type of testing, you may need to have a blood test done instead.
After we go over the results together, we can develop a treatment plan that is custom to your allergens.
Personalized care based on real results
Once we know what’s triggering your symptoms, we can stop guessing and start treating the root of the problem.
Depending on your results, we may recommend:

Targeted avoidance strategies

Medication adjustments

Long-term treatment with allergy drops (sublingual immunotherapy)
Unlike daily medications that only manage symptoms, allergy drops help your body build tolerance to the allergens that are causing your reaction—so you can feel better, long-term.
