A calling, not a business plan
Dr. Caleb Masterson will tell you plainly: he feels called to make healthcare different.
Not bigger, not faster. Warmer.
The kind of medicine where you're a person with a life that's been interrupted, not a chart number with a time slot.
That conviction is what started this practice, and it's what has carried it through the hard seasons every small practice hits. On the days when it would be easier to run a normal clinic, the calling is the reason we don't.
Then the parking lot filled up
A few years in, the practice was growing fast enough that patients waiting out their allergy shots were sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot.
That's the moment most clinics would order more chairs. We asked what the wait could be instead.
The answer was Brew: a real coffee shop, with a real barista, in the middle of where you check in.
Because if you have to wait thirty minutes, you should wait somewhere that smells like espresso and feels like a place you chose.
What “different” actually means here
Warm isn’t a pain color. It’s a set of decisions, and you’ll feel every one of them:
- You’re greeted by name, and asked what you’re drinking
- Your paperwork happens next to a person, not alone at a kiosk
- Your provider sits down beside you and hears the whole story
- If you need a scan, we walk you to it and look at the images together, right then
- Before you commit to anything, our billing coordinator walks you through what it costs
None of that is complicated. It’s just rare. And once you've felt it, the old way stops being something you're willing to put up with.
See for Yourself
How we treat it
First we find out what's actually blocking things, with a real exam and, when it helps, in-office imaging. Then we treat the cause:
Breathe · The Medicine
Finding the real cause of what’s kept you congested, exhausted, and cycling through antibiotics. And fixing it.
Brew · The Welcome
Finding the real cause of what’s kept you congested, exhausted, and cycling through antibiotics. And fixing it.
Neither one works without the ot
Care that fixes you but treats you like a number isn't care. A warm room that can't fix you is just a nice room. It takes both, and that's the whole idea.
Don’t take our word for it
“Hands down the best doctor’s office I’ve ever been at. I have never felt more heard or seen.”
